Me personally, I don't give a shit if my bra straps show on a tanktop, or something like that. The way I see it, at least I'm wearing a bra. What more do you people want from me?
And I don't care if I see a chick who's bra strap is showing.
But, then again, I don't have a reputation for being on top of fashion dos-and-don'ts. But I've been told time and time again by my mother, ever since my very first bra, that it's trashy and damn near promiscuous to have the straps of your bra visible.
Now, beyond the 'be glad I'm wearing a bra' argument, another is that I have some damn cute bras and the world should count themselves lucky to see those adorable samples of meine undergarments.
I also don't get how the 'it's trashy' rule applies to sleeveless dresses or off-the-shoulder numbers. What the hell are you supposed to do, then? I've fairly big busted and strapless bras don't friggin' cut it. They need to be friggin' held in place and personally I think bra straps showing is a lot more appropriate than hiring a short man to walk around holding my boobs just so and really, why the fu-
