Lately I've gotten the inspiration to write a Frerard. But... what happened to them? I haven't been here for shit knows how long, and all I see are One Direction fics. Now I've got nothing against the boy band, but has the Frerard popularity died down? I know people still write them, but are the rest of Mibbians not interested?
I remember a few years back when I first joined, this website was going nuts from:
OH MY GOD LE FRERARD AND LE DRAMA AND LE SMUT LE CUTENESS LE SMUT SMUT SMUT
ERRRHH MERRHH GURRRHHD FRERRRERRD ASDFGHJKL.
And I thought, "Gerard Way and Frank Iero from My Chemical Romance? That's one of my favorite bands! And them a relationship? Together? This seems interesting."
Couple of chapters:
Oh, how creative. This is pretty damn cool!
And then hours after reading many chapters intently I was like:
"HOLY JIZZ (LE PUN NOT INTENDED - OKAY, YES, PUN INTENDED) WHAT HAVE I BEEN MISSING OUT
MUST READ ALL THE FRERARDS ERRRRHH MERRHHH GURRRHHD."
Yep.
They're pretty much my OTP.
Sigh.
Too bad it doesn't really exist.
But on a more serious note.
Just a little question. It's not going to keep me from writing it; I'm simply curious as to who still continues to read them. And if so, which ones are your favorites? Or do you like to write them?
