So many thoughts were running through my mind when I read that he had left 3DG. The page said due to a 'health issue' and I automatically thought the worst. I scanned all of the websites and found his address to the fans. I started to cry as soon as I read the 3rd sentence. He finally beat his demons, but he thinks it's best that he moves on with his life. I am so proud of him for becoming sober, but I can't picture Three Days Grace without him.
Before I became a fan of Avenged Sevenfold, I was a huge fan of Three Days Grace, I still am. I honestly can't even express my feelings right now. He had a perfect voice and it saddens me that I never got to see him live. No offense to Matt(the leader singer of My Darkest Days), but I personally don't think Adam is replaceable. Matt's voice just doesn't reach Adam's singing standards. Anyways, putting all of that aside, all of my best wishes go to Adam Gontier. I hope and pray that he continues to stay sober and has a wonderful life. <3 Love you, Dude. Always have, always will.
