Possible new story idea? Opinions?

Does anyone remember Drake Bell? You know, that one hot dude that played Drake on Drake and Josh? Yeah, him.

I was listening to his song, Down We Fall (listen to it, please), and it made me want to write a story about it.

First off, do you think that would be a good plot for a story? I think it would be, but I mean, I want your guys' thoughts about it and all. Secondly, who should I write it about? Options are Liam Payne or Louis Tomlinson.
