Delirium by Lauren Oliver

Alright, so I just got Delirium by Lauren Oliver like an hour or so ago. From what I've read so far, I'm really hesitant, about whether or not I should keep it or take it back. I see a lot of reviews about it, and a lot of people really seem to like it. Would you suggest this book to someone? Is it like the Hunger Games, so gory you have nightmares?

I'm kind of back and forth, trying to decide if I should keep it. Please leave your thoughts on the book if you've read them. I would really like to hear them.
