I Need A Banner

Honestly, I am not really good at making my own layout. For one, I do not know how to insert a banner to my story layout. If you could tell me how to do that I would really appreciate that. I have the picture I want to use for my banner but have no idea on how to insert it into the layout. If you could please tell me how to insert a banner into my layout that would help out a lot. It would be even better if someone did a really cool layout for my story 'How To Love'. I would mention you in my summary of that story.
