Dear world. If you think that a woman has to be skinny, botoxed, and have long, blonde hair to be beautiful then you are absolutely mistaken. Women are human, therefore we are beautiful no matter what shape, size, color, ect. Your standards are the reason girls are becoming anorexic at the age of ten. Your standards are the reason girls like me have had to go through so much pain and self-scrutinization to eventually realize that your opinions do not and should not matter. Period. What matters is that we as individuals accept ourselves, and not your shallow, airbrushed fantasy society that exhibits your idea of a perfect body, perfect face. What is perfect anyway? It’s not fucking starvation. It’s not injecting yourself with plastic to the point of facial paralyzation. We shouldn’t have to physically and emotionally harm ourselves to be ‘beautiful’ because we already are, each and every single one of us whether we want to believe it or not. We may not be in your eyes, but your eyes shouldn’t matter.

Reblog this if you agree with me that every girl is beautiful no matter who or what she is. And if you’re one of these girls, if you think you’re not ‘good enough’, let me tell you something. You are fucking gorgeous. I don’t care if you’re overweight, underweight, how much acne you have, how big your nose is, how hollow your cheekbones are. You are beautiful. Believe what you want but please never believe that you are less than perfect and beautiful just the way you fucking are. Everyone telling you otherwise is NOT worth your time, I don’t care if they’re your boyfriend, girlfriend, best friend, or even your parents. Their opinions are NOT WORTH A SHIT. That is a legitimate, honest, truthful fact and it’s not up for discussion. You’re beautiful, end of story. <3
