Has anybody else had trouble? Help maybe?

I check my email and there is nothing in my email about any of my subscriptions. Then I go on here to see if any new stories got put up and I see the stories I read have put new chapters up. I don't understand why I'm not getting an email about them getting updated?

I'm just afraid that I'll miss all the updates )):

Are any of you having the same problem? Or is it just me? :/
And also can I somehow fix this problem?

I don't know I'm just super confused on why it's doing this :/
