Layouts

I was wondering if anyone could possibly help me with a layout that I'm working on? I'm trying to add an image to it somehow. I've done if before, but it was before Mibba changed its layout maker. I think the old one was easier, but whatever.

For some reason, when I try to add it in the title or something, like I did for my other ones, it only shows a little bit of the image and cuts the rest off no matter how I adjust the margins. Also, is there a way to add images on here? Without posting/having the link show?
