I NEED HELP BECAUSE I AM CLUELESS ON LAYOUTS.

Uhhh, OK, just a really quick one:

HOW DO I USE GIFS ON STORY LAYOUTS????

I've tried it before and because I have absolutely zilch knowledge on all that technical crap, I have no idea how to insert a gif into my layout.

I've wanted to use a gif for the title background quite a few times and it's never worked. Sometimes I find it really annoying having little moving things at the top of the screen distracting me when I'm reading, but I've found ones that I really like and I'd love to use them in some of my story layouts.

So. Yeah. If you are a wonderful, kind human being, please tell me where I'm going wrong and what I need to do.
