Question for Layout Makers

Hi. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to make me a layout that looks similar to the one that I have on my story, Beyond the Looking Glass? The only difference I want is that I want it made specifically for my story, and I would like this gif added to it, where the title would go on top of it.

If anyone can please do this for me, you can message me or just start on it. I probably won't be on for a few hours, so I won't be able to get back to you until at least tomorrow, so you don't have to wait for my input. But someone please do this for me! I will repay you somehow. Thank you!
