HYPERVENTIALATION

IM SO NOT FUCKING OKAY..................... i lied ..... i lied..... and once again i lied again. its happening again that stupid thing i do all the fucking time. it cant happen not here not now not again not ever....... and this time i cant go anywhere . i cant run or hide FUCK ...I CANT EVEN SPEAK ABOUT IT. so what do i do now when i cant actually do anything about it? so i just deal with it...... im going to end up getting some problems with my head about this........... i dont know what i want anymore just forget it ....to late now
