A bit of help would be nice.

Alright, so do you all know what a mangaka is? Yes? No? In either case it's a person or two people that create manga. If you don't know what manga is then I pity you.

I'd love to be a mangaka. It'd suit me much more than being a writer. Mainly because of how I imagine my stories. Besides the fact that my style is fairly suited for doing chapter by chapter such as is done in magazines. I'd be eastatic to see how my characters would be portrayed! Besides the fact that I've never really been good at describing things.

But, theres one huge thing making it so I can't even create a draft let alone put it up somewhere. I have a rather serious case of "can't draw for shit". I'm only exaggerating slightly here. Seriously, even my stickfigures suck. To be a mangaka you have to have damn good art skills. I can only write. If you can call what I do "writing".

My only hope would be to ask someone to do the art for me. But although my friends can draw people, they can't draw scenery. Or they can draw people, but not animals. Or their style is too incompatible with mine. Or they're complete assholes! I'd love to meet someone who can draw well, that somewhat matches my style, that can draw a multitude of things, and that isn't some unbending narcissistic attention grabbing bitch. I'd love it even more if I could bounce my ideas off of them. I'd be over the moon and back if this someone wanted to be a mangaka with me!

Now I'm not saying that I think art is easy or that artists have it easy making art or any some such like that! Hell if it was so easy then it wouldn't be so celebrated. And I'd be doing it. I doubt such a person will just happen upon me or vica virca. This'll probably stay just a dream. But if you're even barely anything like what I described and would like to create a manga then please contact me. But you should probably have a scanner too.
