I sometimes think original fiction isn't for me.

I mean, I've been writing fan fiction ever since I joined Quizilla. And I was like 11-12 when I joined, lol. And then I came to Mibba. Posted a bunch of crappy fan fic stories about Jacoby Shaddix. Left for a year or so, came back, deleted those crappy stories and tried to start up an original fiction story.
Do any of you remember Finally Home? It was the first original fiction story I started. It was an incest story and people loved it. I've thought about re-writing it and posting it, but I lost interest and couldn't finish writing it.

Now I have a teenage pregnancy story, First Time for Everything. I love it. It's the first original fiction story of mine that I've written in a long time. I know people enjoy it, but I sometimes wonder if it's worth continuing.

I mean, I've been writing fan fiction for as long as I can remember, and I like original fiction. It's really neat. I enjoy writing it myself, but I just don't know if I'm good at writing it. I know people enjoy my fan fiction; I get plenty of reads, comments and recs on my fan fic stories, but when it comes to my original fiction, if I get five readers per chapter, that's good for me.

I dunno. I just feel like fan fiction is where I belong and I suck at writing original fiction. I could be wrong, but that's what it feels like. Merr. /:
