Bad Bosses.

I was just curious, if any of you guys have ever worked for bad bosses? And if so, what did they do/why were they so bad?

My boss has her good traits, but most of her personality is just awful. So, this happened not to long ago. One of my friends who has worked for her for almost two years, who is always on time and always comes in, even if its her day off and its Christmas, asked for a week off. Why? Because her grandpa was dying and he lived out of state so she was going to go stay with him to say her goodbyes and stuff. My boss told her no at first, and then decided she could have three days off, but had to come back because she NEEDED her.

I couldn't believe it when my friend first told me that. We have plenty of employees. She could have had someone cover her shift easily!

That's the worst story I can think of about my boss at the moment. Do you have one?
