APA Formatting

I'm a Psychology and English major, which means a shit ton of papers in both APA and MLA. I can pretty easily move between the two, but it has come to my attention that others have struggled a lot more than I have or haven't even heard of APA before.

A friend asked me for help today with her APA paper and nearly flipped out when I asked her what her headings would be (because I was offering to format it for her). So I wrote out a whole guide on APA formatting. Some that she needed to know and some that she already knew.

Since I spent a considerable amount of time on this guide (a good hour and a half), and hadn't written it specifically for her topic, I figured I would share it with anybody who would need it.

I figured that somebody could find it useful out here in internet land, and where better to start than Mibba, right? I'm not sure how I would add it to this blog, as it is a word/pages document and not on a website (so that you don't have to figure out the running head, it always bothers me), so I can send it to you through skype or email if you contact me.

I promise it's helpful and not completely dull.
