Facebook advice

Ok, so I have a facebook page where I promote my cupcakes, cakes and cookies.
I started it a few weeks back and so far I have just under 60 likes. I've invited everyone on my facebook and my boyfriends and some of my friends say they've done the same thing.
I'm just wondering if anyone could give me any idea's on how to get some more attention for the page. I was thinking of maybe doing a competition but as it's food it might be difficult to get cupcakes to them if they live outside of Wolverhampton.
I can't really afford to do much advertising, money is really tight for me at the moment. I've thought about making fliers and leaving them in shops in town but I don't know if they'll actually give them out, I also have the difficulty of getting them printed to a decent standard.
So, yeah, I'd appreciate any ideas or advice anyone could give me.
