My shoulder.

I think that I fucked up my shoulder really bad. When I do push ups, it pops in and out of my socket. That's not good, is it? I don't really think so... but it's an okay question to ask. :]

Problem is I can't 'take it easy'... I'm on the swim team and then I'm going on the water polo team and my shoulder plays a big part in that. I'm really screwed and it's not like I can go to the doctor. Fees are way too expensive for my family to be able to afford. Damn Health Insurance rates.

ANYWHO. I just need to know if anyone has had this problem or something.. I really want to know how to make it better. My coach told me I need to strengthen my arms but I don't think that's the problem...
