Anyone else or Just Me?

I'm not gonna lie. I see my story gets one read, and I fucking fist pump. I get overly excited. I feel like since my story got twenty-three reads, I could like run a mile. I'm so freaking happy about that. I also got four subscribers and five recommendations! Woot! I'm so happy. :3 I know that's not really much of anything, but I'm the type of person who sees as half full.

When my stuff is read, and gets comments, and recs, it encourages me to want to write more. I always try to remind myself that I'm writing for me (because I sometimes thing my writing isn't good enough) and not anyone else, but the truth is I'm writing for anyone who reads. ^-^

I feel like by writing for me, it helps me see that it's something to relax and help me grow as a person. But, I also enjoy getting reads and such. It overjoys me.
