I go to take the trash out and hear something jingle. I know we didn't have any glass thrown in there so I lift the bag and at the bottom I see the Kroger's rewards card peeping through the plastic.
Yep, I threw my keys away. WHEW!! I reached in and snatched them out without hesitation. About half an hour later I realize that I had to reach through cat litter just to get them...
But I have my keys once more. My friends are coming by tomorrow to finish up with the truck then we'll test drive it and badabing badaboom! Happy-ish ending. It will be happier when I get my next paycheck. About this happy-
