Job Tips.

I need them, desperately.

I've never had a job before, so I have no references to use. I think that's what's hanging me up. It's most definitely not about me applying to places because I've put in an application almost everywhere in my small town--even to my college, which has a work study program.

I need a job and I need one bad (much like a lot of people nowadays). I don't know what to do anymore, though. I've put it, and put in, and put in some more. I get no callbacks for interviews, though. I remain jobless.

Do you have any tips for me? How did you get your first job?

I'd appreciate any and all advice because I'm at a loss now.
