Glad you respect my opinion, jerk.

My boyfriend never listens to me when it comes down to topics that I know more about than he does.

Today, we were arguing about our fitness plans that he managed to rope me into. I agree with him that we need to get back into shape, especially since his Air Force recruiter told him to get down from 175 lbs. to 165 lbs.

Trying to be helpful and supportive, I do research on how to lose weight in healthy, but quick ways. Things that have been proven, or at least have plenty of evidence to back them up from creditable sources.

Instead of following (or at least considering) my advice, he goes back to what obvious hasn't been working: half an hour of mild sword fighting practice, and eating more junk food than light, healthy meals, along with smoking whenever a friend stops by. Also, not working out with me, because he likes to push himself to the breaking point that I simply can't reach. Mainly because I don't want to give myself a heart attack.

Thanks a lot. Glad you respect my opinion, jerk.
