Layout request please xxx

I just can't do it! Let me blame the computer, because the picture I want NEVER works! And then it goes blurry and I just want to ugh!

Could someone please make me a layout, I tried and failed :-(

The story is Champagne Supernova and I would be so so grateful to anyone who made me a layout, because I really can't!

It's less than 500 words so I would be really grateful if you could read it before you make the layout, just to get a feel for the story xxx :-)
