Foreign Languages and Cultures in Writing/ Beta Proposal?

Well, hello guys!

Earlier, I read HerNameIsAlice's blog post about Spanish in stories and yeah, she's right. I'm sorry but a lot of the Spanish I've read here is just bad. Don't just use Google Translate please. If it's for something simple, it could help, but do real research. There's a lot of Grammar sites on the internet. Or ask someone that actually really knows the language.

Also, does anyone know if there's some kind of forum for help in writing in another language? Or like maybe there's (or there should be) some beta's where they help you edit things in a certain language.

Anyways, Spanish is my first language and English is my second. I'm also studying French, but I'm not a fluent speaker yet. Just putting it out there if y'all need any help, I'd be more than GLAD to help out. Writing about other cultures and languages could be a tricky thing sometimes if you're not that familiar with it. I've seen so many bad clichés here throughout the years.

But yeah, any other native Spanish speakers here? I want to know what users have something that's not English as their first language. :D
