so here's my new year resolution 2014

I know you're thinking "um Chelsea it's a bit early isn't?" yes, and no cause I think this should have been my 2013 resolution instead of 2014. I'm over weight extremely over weight so I have decided to get in shape the rest of this year and following into the rest of my life. I want to loose one pant size by februrary (i'm giving myself til then cause of all the holidays) and I wanna loose 30 pounds by April that's 5 months from now I can loose 6 pounds a month. I don't want to be the fat chick anymore I want to be the healthy chick I know I can be.

So here's a question what do you do to stay in shape? I feel like I could love running. I use to be on the dance team and I would enjoy dancing again. I think the key is to do things that don't feel like a workout in the beginning. Am I making sense?
