Need to Stop Snacking So Much!

Seriously, it's becoming an issue.

No, I'm not saying I'm overweight, or that I need to lose weight, but that there is always some form of snack food on my desk at work (I share a large rectangle desk with 7 others!) and it's really hard to resist.

When they have sausage rolls etc I'm okay because I'm a vegetarian. But when they have pringles and chocolate and stroup waffles, I find myself picking all day and it's driving me mad.

I know, I know, why don't I just resist it?

Other than the fact that no-one else resists (not that I'm bowing to peer pressure), I get hungry easily? And if there's something there, I eat it?

Perhaps not the best mind frame, but still. I just needed to rant!

Anyone feel like recommending any healthy snack food that I can bring in and keep in my drawer for when I feel hungry? So at least if I'm snacking, it's not bad snacking?
