Rewriting Stories and Needing Cowriter

I was reading my stories over again and I was considering rewriting them but I'm not sure if it's worth it. Although I think it is because I think that I can turn the one into something better than it is and the other one just needs more updates than it already has. But what I really want to know is if people will even read my stories still? I want to make sure that people are going to read them before I bother with writing them. I don't want to write something that's not even going to be read. Especially when I'm still considered a new writer and I still kind of don't know what I'm doing.

So to add onto that, this will mean that I'll kind of need someone who will read over my stories and edit them before I update them and people who can help me with ideas for them so that I don't run out of any on what I can do to make my story better. And I'll also need a cowriter for my one story Summer Lovin'. Because I've had a sudden idea and I want to do Tori and Kim's point of view. Well... Yeah. Those are all my ideas and I don't know how well this is going to work but yeah. If you're interested, you know what to do.
