Why Band Fiction Is Big On Mibba

Let's forget how it started for a minute. Look at the fanfiction world. There's not much room for us until this happened. Other sites for specific bands pop up but then all your stories are scattered and some don't ever get a home. FanFiction.Net no longer allows it. You never know if one day they'll decide to finally dig it out of its hidden hole in Misc and kill it. Rockfic has little love for newer bands; they traffic mostly in Megadeth and Metallica. Tumblr is an option, but it's not the best. I can attest that it doesn't provide what everyone wants. So then we find Mibba where we won't be kicked off, where we can keep all of our stories together and draw more readers, and we can find out about other bands and relate with each other. This is home, guys. This is where we belong. We don't have FictionPress, which is entirely dedicated to OF. We're not welcome at FF.Net and it depends at AFF. This is where we can grow and get feedback. The fact some people have a problem with this make me angry.
