Hey :)
Today is going to be fun for multiple reasons. It's National Christmas Jumper Day, and a lot of people at work are wearing their festive knitwear for charity. My own jumper is black with a giant reindeer on it, and the reindeer's nose flashes with little LEDs so that's quite fun.
And it's also Secret Santa day at work too - I don't really know the guy I got very well so I just got him a generic jelly shots mould and recipe book. That's okay, right? Who doesn't like a jelly shot? (well, I don't, but I'm vegetarian so that's beside the point). My manager knows who got me but I didn't want her to tell me. If it's a weird/rubbish/creepy/offensive present, I'd rather not know!
AND FINALLY, it's my work Christmas party tonight too. We're all stopping work at 4pm to start getting ready, but with only three bathroom stalls and at least 40 women to get ready? It's not going to be fun. But I'm wearing a nice lacy teal dress so I'm happy :) and I had my nails done to match. We're having a meal in a new restaurant that our CEO has shares in so it should be nice, and afterwards we've got a guestlist at a cheesy club - it'll be messy, but interesting!!
So yes, today's going to be good! Tomorrow might not be but I'll face that as it comes haha.
