Just Dropping In

It's been about 3 years since my last blog post. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous to think about. I'm at university now, and I'm studying (get this!) professional writing. I never thought I would do this writing thing as an actual career, but I dunno, after a year of being an education major I just felt like it wasn't for me. And I made the big switch!

So I was reading Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell, and it reminded me of my years on this site. I used to spend hours upon hours here reading and writing. I made tons of friends (none of which I speak to now, shame on me) and gained quite a bit of skill as well. But this really is not the same mibba it was back in 2008, and I just can't seem to get back into the swing of things here, no matter how hard I try.

I just thought I would drop in. I really do miss being a part of this site. It's kind of sad to know that my little generation of mibba writers have grown up and out of this. Anyway, hope you had a happy christmas! And who knows, maybe I'll start publishing some of my work from my classes on here from time to time.
