Bats (and not the good kind)

We have brown bats in our attic of our new place. It wouldn't bother me so much if there wasn't an opening for them to slip into the living-ish area of the house. And like a mature adult that I am, I ran and hide in the bathroom. Because its winter, they are supposed to be hibernating. But on days that gets about 20 degrees and warmer, they wake up. Only one has escaped into flew around in the house. Theres one in the heating vents that squeaks when its awake. It has no possible way of escaping, it makes me nervous that another might me escape. I tell my dad to put bat screens and the broken siding. So the bats can get out but can't get back in. All he's done so far is give me a fishing net. The same dad that tells me to clean my room. So neither is done, lol.
