I am seeking out people who are interested in reading work of any genre to write detailed reviews of works. For this, in return I shall offer reviews to any selected work by the individual and rate the work out of five stars. Of course the hope is that both will receive additional readers for this, and it should indeed boost maibba reputation - if not writing reputation and will of course boost ones experience of writing reviews, offering literary feedback and may peak further interest and evoke writing sprees.
