Help Finding a Story

So, I'm looking for a story I read on here ages ago, like a few years ago. I was hoping someone might remember it and let me know.

It's a Sykescest, they're on tour, and somehow, a TV falls on top of Tom. When he wakes up in the hospital, he can't remember anything, not even his own name. In the course of trying to remember his life, he falls in love with his brother, who he doesn't remember. I can't remember the rest of it, or if they end up together.

I only remembered this because I'm in the middle of writing something that's kind of in the same vein, Tom getting amnesia and falling in love with the brother he doesn't remember having. Now that I've remembered it, I really want to read it, but of course, I can't find it anywhere. So if anyone remembers this, and knows where I can find it to reread, I'd really, really appreciate it if you could let me know!
