Writing a Book

So I want to write a book, I've been trying for years but I don't have any real support and I get discouraged easily and my support diminishes greatly so I scrap the idea and forget it for awhile.

This time, I'm sticking to it.

And I was thinking of writing some kind of fantasy/fiction, like vampires or something. But then I realized that there are so many books like that out there and I love to read them, but I'm not entirely sure if I have the commitment to write that kind of book.

So then it hit me... Crime. I absolutely love watching crime shows, reading crime books, and I keep fairly up to date with all the crime in my area because I'm interested in it. And I could totally commit to writing a crime.

And I also have to keep reminding myself that when writing a fiction, I can literally make anything happen because it is MY story, MY imagination. If I wanted a crime fighting unicorn who takes down bubblegum stealing teddy bears, I could. (Not that I'm going to go to that extreme.)

I am really excited about this. Like... really freaking excited.
