Need Some Help with a Layout...

I made my summary page the way that I want it, right? Exactly how I wanted it.
One thing though:
How do I change the look of the chapter itself? I looked for an answer maybe in the FAQs but nothing was there. Please help me. I've been working on it for over two hours. I just can't figure out how to make my chapters match my summary page.

One thing I saw was going to Text > Text but that did nothing except change the text on my summary page.
Usually, chapters would mean change the freakin' chapters! But unfortunately, it doesn't. I just need some help!
