Parents and Band Merch

Im sure alot of you guys also have this problem.
Parents and band merch, they just dont get it.
They dont get how much music actually does for us.
For most of us it stopped self harm or more, but no.
Appearently we have "enough merch"...
Whatever that means.
I honestly dont see how that even applies.
Merch generally is clothing and I cant get merch...
But she can get dolls ? Come on mom.
At least my obsession is useful and not creepy.
It just doesnt make sense.
Also when people say that merch is satanic ?
Like how the heck is band merch satanic ?
Can someone please explain that to me ?
