With midterms coming up for me and a lot of people getting into the testing phases of their schooling, I think it's important to remember to take a minute to just breathe sometimes. I see people getting worried about things far too often, especially things they don't need to be getting worried about.
Tests are scary, definitely, especially when it is a really important one, but it's also important not to get too bent out of shape about it. Stressing out will not help. It'll only hurt you. There is a such things as helpful stress, but still, people need to calm down sometimes and just relax.
Don't take life too seriously, or else you won't enjoy it!
