My Jonathan Brandis love story / Stephen King's IT (Returns in College Years)

Hey everyone,

for people who do not know, I am going to be writing a Jonathan Brandis fanfic that is based on a sequel of Stephen King's IT, that I will be creating with the group now in college when Pennywise comes back. In my story, the returning characters will be Bill Denbrough and Richie Touzer (sorry if I spelt names wrong). I will be making a rather famous pop-punk princess be the love interest of Bill (Jonathan Brandis). Obviously from my hint, you probably can guess who she is. The group will be in college when Pennywise comes back to feed on his prey.

I need some feedback though; In the story, should I call all the characters by the names they were given in Stephen King's IT (ex. Jonathan Brandis would be Bill / Seth Green would be Richie) or should I just call them by their real celebrity names?
