So, one week ago I wrote a blog post called "How Twilight Could Have Been Better". If you haven't seen it yet, I'd advise you check it out before you read this post.
In a nutshell, I gave my opinion on the Twilight franchise and how I personally thought it could've been better. However, on that post, there have been a couple of comments asking me to do a Twilight story, mainly because I posted my ideas for the franchise in the post. Should I do it? I'd love to, and have been toying with the idea, and really, nothing's holding me back. I'm just a bit nervous on doing my own story. I've written a few fan fictions on different sites and have gotten positive feedback, but an entire story?
Especially a story based on the Twilight saga, and is technically a retelling of the story but with a plethora of tweaks?
Friends and family have advised me to do it, but I'd like the opinion of the audience. I'll probably start doing it when my other writing projects are complete, but maybe some pointers and advice? That would be greatly appreciated and very welcome!
