And we still have nine people we have yet to hear from. Or, nine households, more accurately. Oh well.
So what all do we have left to do?
1. Assign someone to play the selected music during the ceremony
2. Finalize and sign the contract with the decorator
3. Book hairstylist and make-up artist
4. Finalize ceremony reading and reader decisions
5. Final meeting with officiant to finalize ceremony proceedings/general order of things
6. Create/print ceremony programs
7. Make a "weekend timeline" of what all I need to do the wedding day/day before
8. Send out thank-you cards for shower
9. Finish profiles for DJ
10. Decide on mother/son dance and father/daughter dance songs
11. Fiance has to record the song for our first dance
12. Write vows
13. Order wine box; write letters for wine box ceremony
14. Buy necklace and bra/bustier
15. Contact rental place about chairs
16. Make all final payments
17. Prepare a speech for reception
18. Make arrangements for ceremony rehearsal
It's...kind of a lot. And it all needs to be done in the next thirty days. SHIT. Hopefully we'll get it all done. I know quite a few of these items are a bit past-due. =/
Right now it's snowing like crazy. I'm almost wondering if there will still be snow on the ground on my wedding day. i keep hoping that any minute I will get an email saying my classes for the afternoon are canceled, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Damn.
