Baking Tutorial/Article Requests

As some of you may know, I am a baker. I spend four days a week, two if those being in a kitchen, just baking and learning about it.

So I figured that maybe I should help you guys out, those of you who might need a little advice or something. I'm not claiming to be the know it all expert or the best on the site or anything AT ALL, but I do know a thing or two and I wouldn't mind sharing it with you guys, free of charge...but you have to give me a smile, or a hug, or both.

But anyway, so I am opening this up for you guys to toss in a request. I might not be able to help you, but at the same time, I might. I already have two articles related to the subject, both being essays I completed and I got a 100 on! Check those out if you want a little history.

Anyway, off track....kinda.

I am willing, 100% (BECAUSE I was already forced to do it before and there is really no trouble) to convert recipes, giving you Metric (Grams), US (Ounces) and Volume (Cups) Measurements. Plus, a bakers % and % by Weight, which helps you when you want to make the recipe bigger, smaller, sub anything....

Yeah! So just leave some suggestions, I also have some recipes that already have been converted and written easily (if a term used is not understood, tell me and I will define it)

I have a No-Bake brownie and cheesecake (chocolate mmmm) recipe along with an old fashioned tea cake one, but I have a lemon tea cake recipe that is TO DIE for, I really love it. Just give me a should, leave a comment, share this. I'll be willing to try a lot :)
