A Romance Not from the POV of a Teenager

I've been stewing over a possible new story to write for the summer (which officially started for me 2 weeks ago watwat #senioryeardoeshaveperks?). So I've been stewing and I considered...I think four possible story ideas? I can't really keep up since a bunch keep passing through my mind. In any event, in the course of thinking through these ideas I have considered writing a story (or novel if you prefer to refer to it that way) that would follow the point of view of someone who is not a teenager.

I haven't worked through the exact logistics but the main character, she would probably be around 24-25, freshly out of college, and otherwise not figured out yet. I'm thinking office romance?

The whole thing really needs to be figured out but what I'm caught on is if it'll even be worth trying? Does anybody actually want to read about an adult? I can't make any promises I'll actually go through with it since I can hardly update my other pieces but eh, who knows.
