Comment Swap?

So I've written a story called Hellish and I've been trying to get some people to read it and get some feedback on it so I decided to do the comment swap which I've done about 8 of but first of all only 6 people have read 5 the first chapter and two the second and I'm pretty sure that those were people I asked to read it in my first blog and not from the comment swaps I did since I got no comments. So I was then told that comment swap may not be working correctly and to try the forums but I have no idea where to find these forums because the only one I can find is the one telling us about the comment swap I've already been using.

So I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a comment swap with me?
