Bandwidth Limits Make Me Want to Cry Myself to Sleep...

Ugh, omg, look at this mess!! It frustrates me!! I just want things to be pretty-pretty, not stressy-messy!

One of my stories' layout is a mess. My blog layout...my pretty blog layout...

I guess I get it; I don't fully understand bandwidths and how it works, but if you exceeded the limit, you exceeded it. It's just annoying because I have never had to deal with this issue before and I am completely stumped as to what I should do. What is it and what does it do??

But yea, that is my current situation. Gah. Any suggestions??
