Can Anyone Tell Me What This Means?

Hi! How are you all? Happy late 4th of July to all my American Mibba friends. :)

The reason I'm posting this is that I need help. I have a puzzle for you guys. I really hope someone can solve it, because I'm emootionally invested now.

I worked literally all day and all night with no sleep between, so I hope this makes sense.

During the night shift a really nice, attractive guy came in and we talked. We've talked before, he's a cool cat. He found a sharpie, so he made me give him my hand. He drew this (did the link work) on my hand, and then wrote his phone number on a piece of paper and told me to text him when I know what it means. I don't know what to Google search to find it, so I thought I would check with Mibba. Does anyone know what that is? Thank you to anyone that helps!

Now, I must try to sleep. The reason I'm still awake is that I'm too curious to sleep.
