Yay, New Staff!

I always love getting to add new staff members and sending out the congratulations PMs to them once they've been chosen! I imagine it feels a lot like being a manager at a store and telling someone they got accepted for a job. Or maybe not like that because being on Mibba's staff is actually fun.

It's always fun to see fresh, new faces on Mibba's staff along with the tried-and-true staffers that have been around since the dinosaur ages. I think it's interesting to see how the staffers all mesh together so easily - new and old members alike always chat away and become friends, which is always great to see.

I just love how welcoming all the staff members are and how accepting they are of new people coming into the staff ranks. I think it makes the whole transition a lot easier on everyone, especially when everyone can come together to get the new staffers acclimated easier by answering questions and just being friendly.

This turned into a staff appreciation blog of sorts, but congratulations to both new and old staffers!
