Constructive Crticism

Not everyone likes to get constructive criticism on their stories, but I know there are some people out there who do like to know ways that they can improve. For those of you who do like getting constructive criticism on your stories, what sorts of things do you usually like? I mean, what sorts of things do you like for people to point out to you?

There's the simple grammar things, obviously. But, there are also things like plot holes, character and plot discrepancies and description issues. I think the most common constructive criticism I see in stories are the grammar issues. I think this is probably because the other kind of criticism is harder to give, just because it's focused more towards the story than the syntax.

My question for those of you that like constructive criticism is: what kinds of things do you like to hear or would you like to hear?
