I Need a Layout & Banner!

This is for my NaNoWriMo story. Which I already have been plotting out and I know exactly what I am going to go with.

So I have a couple ideas for the banner and just a couple things that I want to have for the layout. Now, I'm not asking for anything crazy - I swear. I just haven't had any luck on the forums with making requests.

Before I agree to anyone person, I'd really like to see some examples or maybe you have a favorite user who could really help me out? I would be oh, so, much appreciated. I've also found that several of the banner maker users have some AMAZING stories! I've come to love a few.

Also, is anyone looking for some writing buddies for next month? :)
