Don't You Hate Getting Inspired?

I do. You think I'd be able to stick with one story for a bit of time.

But NOOOOOOOO.
I should be writing one of my other four bazillion stories I have. But my muse is like:

I mean come on! I should be writing my witchcraft story or my contemporary story or hell, even my serial killer story, but nope. My muse is not cooperating with me.

But I am glad in a way, I am recycling a story idea I had and adding a bunch of stuff from other stories I wrote, so I guess I can't complain (but I wish I had more inspiration to write Nightcall if only to stare at pictures of Tom Hardy some more

My new story is called Eden and it's inspired by Bioshock, the movie Doom and the Alien series (specifically Alien Isolation). Basically, it's set after we've destroyed our world due to nuclear war, pollution and biological warfare. The world has become a wasteland and the air is highly poisonous. Right before the would became completely uninhabitable, the Eden Project was created: a massive city that is basically as I see it as a freaking huge spaceship on Earth or like Rapture in Bioshock but not underwater (I actually got the idea when I was at Canary Wharf, the Tube goes through one of the buildings. And it's a bunch of shops and offices that seem to go on forever). It's a bunch of huge buildings connected by foot bridges and subway tunnels and you never go outside, ever. Only criminals are ever sent outside and it's a death sentence. The inside basically looks like the interiors of buildings in the Alien series and there's a lot of scientific research going on as the original purpose of the Eden Project is to make it so Earth is habitable again (there's one part of the city where there is a bunch of biomes where various types of trees, plants and vegetation are grown, another dedicated to animals, ext). There is also other various scientific experiments but

Also in place is a very strict security system (Big Brother is Watching) and rules, a very violent police force and is essentially a totalitarian state in the guise of a utopia (yes everyone, another dystopia story :P ). Eden takes place around a girl called Wren (people name their children after plants, animals and such, things from before the Wasteland), the daughter of a deceased member of the policeforce who was killed by rebels… and that's all I have atm without giving away everything :P .

I'm kind of sleepy as I had a really long day and I'm gonna go nighty night now so
