How Was Y'alls Halloween? - Mini Vacation? What?

Hey all! I haven't written a blog in a couple days (I think?), so, I figured I should write one now. How have y'all been?

Let's talk Halloween. I had to work yesterday from 2:00 to 6:00 12:00 - 5:00. Which was good, I wanted to work, honestly. I mean, I wanted to be out by 6:00 at the latest, but I did want to work at some point throughout the day. Since I work in the Produce Department of a grocery store I had bought a banana hoodie online to wear, if costumes were allowed. Well, Halloween day came and I STILL wasn't sure if they were allowed or not, the papers hanging up at work just said that jeans are allowed, but our red work shirts are a must.... But my Boss texted me in the morning saying I could wear the hoodie :) So I wore it and I made, like, EVERYONE'S day. It made me so happy seeing everyone else so happy and cheerful :)

Now, when I got home from work, I changed into my Boba Fett costume. I USUALLY go Trick-or-Treating for UNICEF, but I didn't get my boxes on time this year :c So, I just hung out at home and handed out candy with my Parents and Brother, my Sister was at work... And I had a good time anyways, we hung out in the driveway, talked with some neighbors, my Cousin came and visited (she was dressed as Cleopatra, I was so proud <3) not to mention there was one boy who came up to us that was dressed like Darth Vader. I almost lost my mind when I saw that boy. I was like "DUUUDE, WE'RE FROM THE SAME MOVIE SERIES THINGY!!!!" XD Btw, my Dad and Brother were both dressed up as Santa, and my Mom doesn't dress up on Halloween :P Lol.

What did y'all do for Halloween? :)

My favorite Manager didn't get to see my work costume :c But I'll see him tomorrow, I believe, so I can just show him a picture.... Speaking of which, a couple weeks ago he went on vacation, left me for a WHOLE WEEK. best this past week apparently our Produce Department didn't do so well, so the Assistant Boss cut back hours this week. I'm only working two days... Tomorrow and Friday. I'll see my favorite Manager tomorrow, but after that I won't see him again until next Monday, unless they schedule me for next Sunday, which they PROBABLY more than likely won't. I'm just like, "Pay back is a bitch." >:) my turn to keep him waiting for a whole week :P Lol. My Boss did say, though, that she might be able to give us some more hours, actually, so IDK what will happen. It's like a nice little vacation for me, though, which I haven't had in about a year and a half, so I honestly hope she doesn't XD
